Board of Trustees Election Information

Lexington ISD is Holding our Board of Trustee Election in conjunction with Lee, Milam, Williamson, and Bastrop Counties. 
 
You may Early Vote or Vote on Election Day if you Live within the Lexington ISD School District.  You DO NOT have to live within the City of Lexington.
 
There are Three at-large LISD Board of Trustees positions to be filled, with four candidates running (Bradley Patschke, Scott E. Sanders, Michael Milburn, & Shannon Patschke). 
 
You may vote for 0, 1, 2, or 3 Candidates. The three Candidates with the most votes will be elected to fill the three Board Member positions.

Candidate Filing Information
 
On Wednesday, January 15, 2020, LISD will begin accepting applications for the May 2, 2020 Board of Trustees Election at the Lexington ISD Central Administration Building.
 
Filing Deadline for a place on the ballot is Friday, February 16, 2020 at 5:00pm
Candidate Information
 
All School Board positions are three-year terms.  All Lexington ISD Residents who meet the eligibility requirements specified by Board Policy BBA (Legal) may run for a position in the Board of Trustee Election.
 
 
Candidate Packets may be picked up beginning Wednesday, January 15, 2020, from 8:00am - 4:00pm, at the Lexington ISD Central Administration Building, 8731 N HWY 77, Lexington, TX 78947.  Packets must be received back at the Lexington ISD Central Administration Building by Friday, February 14, 2020 at 5:00pm.
