All Student Medication Must be Picked Up by May 27th at 11:00am
Any Medication Not Picked Up will be Disposed Of.

All prescription medications, inhalers, epipens, and over the counter medication ( basically any medication at school) needs to be picked up by 11:00am on May 27th.
If they are not picked up they will be disposed of.
A parent or guardian can pick up the med, no students.
If medication is needed next school year don't forget to get the administration permission forms signed and returned next August.
