WHO NEEDS A PHYSICAL FOR 2020-2021?

This policy for physicals is set by the UIL.
If your student participated in an extracurricular activity that requires a physical in 2019-2020, and turned in that physical—they DO NOT NEED A NEW PHYSICAL for 2020-2021.

You are required to fill out a NEW Medical History form. If you can answer YES to any of the first six (6) questions, then your student will need a NEW PHYSICAL.

If your student DID NOT participate in an extra-curricular activity that requires a physical in 2019-2020, they DO NEED A NEW PHYSICAL for 2020-2021.

All incoming 7th graders will need a physical.

If your student is NEW to the district. They will follow the policy stated above. You MUST turn in a copy of the 2019-2020 PHYSICAL to the Head Athletic Trainer.
