Student Athletic Insurance

Lexington Independent School District has partnered with Health Special Risk, Inc (HSR) for student athletic insurance. Our policy covers all students, grades K-12, including incidents related to athletics or co-curricular activities. At the bottom of this page you can find a brochure and claim form.
